What is the returns policy?
All of our products are natural, hand crafted products. Therefore any imperfections are not to be considered faults but rather part of their natural beauty. If for some reason you are dissatisfied with your order or if your order has been damaged in transit, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes! We ship our Seaweed bath bags and our Kelp Cutlery across the world. If your address is not available at checkout, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us and we will try our very best to accommodate your order.
Import taxes and duties may be required to be paid to release your order from customs. Payment of these taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. By placing an order through our online store, you accept these delivery terms.
Please note that delays may occur to your chosen delivery address during busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday etc. These delays are out of our control.
I ordered from the website, where is my order?
Once you have placed your order through our website, you will be emailed with your order number. Your order will be shipped accordingly and tracking details will be emailed to you when this information becomes available.
